☁️ Salesforce Integration
Connect your Salesforce CRM to sync accounts, contacts, and push health scores automatically.
Overview
The Salesforce integration enables bi-directional data sync between Meza AI and your Salesforce CRM. Keep your sales and customer success teams aligned with real-time health scores, engagement data, and automated opportunity creation based on customer signals.
Prerequisites
- Salesforce account with API access enabled
- Admin permissions in both Salesforce and Meza AI
- Accounts and Users data models configured in Meza AI
Connection Steps
Navigate to Integrations
Go to Configuration → Integrations in the left sidebar.
Select Salesforce
Find Salesforce in the available integrations list and click Connect.
Authorize Access
You'll be redirected to Salesforce to authorize Meza AI. Log in with your Salesforce credentials and grant the requested permissions.
Configure Settings
Enter a Data source name to identify this connection in Meza AI.
Complete Setup
Click Save to complete the integration. Your data will begin syncing automatically.

Capabilities
Once connected, you can:
- Sync Accounts & Contacts — Automatically sync account and contact data between platforms
- Push Health Scores — Update Salesforce fields with real-time health scores from Meza AI
- Create Opportunities — Automatically create expansion or renewal opportunities
- Push Churn Indicators — Flag at-risk accounts directly in Salesforce
- Trigger Workflows — Use Meza AI signals to trigger Salesforce automations
