💼 Slack Integration
Get real-time notifications, alerts, and digest reports delivered directly to your Slack workspace.
Overview
The Slack integration enables Meza AI to send real-time notifications, signal alerts, and workflow messages directly to your Slack workspace. Keep your customer success team informed about important events as they happen.
Prerequisites
- Slack workspace with admin access or approval from workspace owner
- Meza AI account with admin permissions
💡 Note
Workspace owner approval may be required. Learn more in the Slack documentation.
Connection Steps

Navigate to Integrations
Go to Configuration → Integrations in the left sidebar.

Select Slack
Find Slack in the available integrations list and click Connect.

Authorize Access
You'll be redirected to Slack to authorize Meza AI. Select the workspace and grant permissions.

Configure Settings
Enter the required configuration:
- Data source name — A friendly name for this connection
- Ignore Domains — Email domains to exclude (internal chatter)

Complete Setup
Click Save to complete the integration.

Capabilities
Once connected, you can:
- Real-Time Signal Notifications — Get notified instantly when signals are triggered
- Funnel Stage Alerts — Alert when accounts move between funnel stages
- Sentiment Alerts — Get notified about negative sentiment in conversations or tickets
- Workflow Messages — Send automated messages as part of workflows
- Digest Reports — Receive daily or weekly summary reports
