💬 Intercom Integration
Connect Intercom to track customer conversations and analyze sentiment automatically.
Overview
The Intercom integration enables Meza AI to track and analyze all customer conversations from your Intercom workspace. Conversations are automatically analyzed for sentiment and linked to customer accounts, giving you a complete picture of customer interactions.

Prerequisites
- Intercom account with admin access
- Meza AI account with admin permissions
- Accounts data model configured in Meza AI
Connection Steps
Navigate to Integrations
Go to Configuration → Integrations in the left sidebar.
Select Intercom
Find Intercom in the available integrations list and click Connect.
Authorize Access
You'll be redirected to Intercom to authorize Meza AI. Log in and grant the requested permissions.
Configure Settings
Enter a Data source name to identify this connection.
Complete Setup
Click Save. Meza AI will automatically create the Conversation Model and begin syncing data.

Automatic Sentiment Analysis
Meza AI automatically analyzes the sentiment of each conversation and categorizes them as:

Once connected, you can:
- Track All Conversations — Automatically sync conversations from Intercom
- Sentiment Analysis — AI-powered sentiment detection for each conversation
- Link to Accounts — Conversations are automatically linked to customer accounts
- Trigger Workflows — Create workflows based on conversation sentiment or volume
- View in Timeline — See conversations in account event timelines
