Overview
The Microsoft Teams integration enables Meza AI to send real-time notifications, signal alerts, and workflow messages directly to your Teams channels. Keep your customer success team informed about important events within your existing Microsoft ecosystem.
Prerequisites
- Microsoft Teams account with admin access
- Meza AI account with admin permissions
- Permission to install third-party apps in Teams
Connection Steps

Navigate to Integrations
Go to Configuration → Integrations in the left sidebar.

Select Microsoft Teams
Find Microsoft Teams in the available integrations list and click Connect.

Authorize Access
You'll be redirected to Microsoft to authorize Meza AI. Log in with your Microsoft account and grant permissions.

Configure Settings
Enter a Data source name to identify this connection.

Complete Setup
Click Save to complete the integration.
