📧 SendGrid Integration
Send automated emails, lifecycle campaigns, and AI-generated content through SendGrid.
Overview
The SendGrid integration enables Meza AI to send automated emails through your SendGrid account. Use this integration to send welcome emails, lifecycle campaigns, feature nudges, and re-engagement messages as part of your customer success workflows.
Prerequisites
- SendGrid account
- SendGrid API key with send permissions
- Meza AI account with admin permissions
Getting Your API Key
Log into SendGrid
Go to your SendGrid dashboard at app.sendgrid.com.
Navigate to API Keys
Go to Settings → API Keys.
Create API Key
Click Create API Key, give it a name, and select Full Access or at minimum Mail Send permissions.
Copy Key
Copy the API key immediately — you won't be able to see it again!
Connection Steps
Navigate to Integrations
Go to Configuration → Integrations in the left sidebar.
Select SendGrid
Find SendGrid in the available integrations list and click Connect.
Enter Configuration
Enter the following information:
- Data source name — A friendly name for this connection
- API Key — Your SendGrid API key
- Reply-to email — Default reply-to email address
Complete Setup
Click Save to complete the integration.
