Connect Zendesk to track support tickets and analyze customer sentiment automatically.

Overview

The Zendesk integration enables Meza AI to track and analyze all support tickets from your Zendesk instance. Tickets are automatically analyzed for sentiment and linked to customer accounts, helping you identify at-risk customers based on support patterns.

When you connect Zendesk, Meza AI automatically creates a Support Ticket Model for you!

Prerequisites

  • Zendesk account with admin access
  • Your Zendesk subdomain (e.g., "mycompany" from mycompany.zendesk.com)
  • Meza AI account with admin permissions
  • Accounts data model configured in Meza AI

Connection Steps

Navigate to Integrations

Go to ConfigurationIntegrations in the left sidebar.

Select Zendesk

Find Zendesk in the available integrations list and click Connect.

Authorize Access

You'll be redirected to Zendesk to authorize Meza AI. Log in and grant the requested permissions.

Configure Settings

Enter the required configuration:

  • Data source name — A friendly name for this connection
  • Zendesk Subdomain — Your subdomain (e.g., "mycompany")

Complete Setup

Click Save. Meza AI will automatically create the Support Ticket Model and begin syncing data.

  • View in Timeline — See tickets in account event timelines
