Connect your HubSpot CRM to sync accounts, contacts, and automate customer success workflows.
Overview
The HubSpot integration allows you to seamlessly connect your HubSpot CRM with Meza AI, enabling bi-directional synchronization of accounts, contacts, and customer data. This integration helps your customer success team work more efficiently by keeping all data in sync and automating key workflows.
Prerequisites
- A HubSpot account with admin access
- Meza AI account with admin permissions
- Accounts and Users data models configured in Meza AI
Connection Steps
Navigate to Integrations
Go to Configuration → Integrations in the left sidebar.
Select HubSpot
Find HubSpot in the available integrations list and click Connect.
Authorize Access
You'll be redirected to HubSpot to authorize Meza AI. Log in and grant the requested permissions.
Configure Settings
Enter a Data source name to identify this connection in Meza AI.
Complete Setup
Click Save to complete the integration. Your data will begin syncing automatically.
