Bi-directional sync between Meza AI and HubSpot.

Overview

The HubSpot CRM Sync enables bi-directional data flow between Meza AI and HubSpot. Sync health scores, journey stages, and signals to HubSpot, and pull company and contact data into Meza AI.

Prerequisites

  • HubSpot integration connected
  • HubSpot Admin or Super Admin permissions
  • Accounts mapped between Meza AI and HubSpot

Setting Up Sync

Navigate to CRM Sync

Go to ConfigurationCRM SyncHubSpot.

Configure Field Mapping

Map Meza AI fields to HubSpot company properties:

Health Score → meza_health_score (number)

Journey Stage → meza_journey_stage (dropdown)

Active Signals → meza_active_signals (text)

Create HubSpot Properties

Click Create Properties in HubSpot to automatically create the required custom properties.

Configure Account Matching

Choose how to match accounts: by domain, HubSpot Company ID, or custom property.

Set Sync Frequency

Choose sync frequency: Real-time, Hourly, or Daily.

Enable Sync

Toggle sync to Enabled and click Save.

Using Synced Data in HubSpot

Once synced, you can use Meza AI data in HubSpot for:

  • Lists — Create lists of at-risk accounts (health < 50)
  • Workflows — Trigger HubSpot workflows based on health changes
  • Reports — Build reports combining CRM and product data
  • Views — Add health score to company views

Create a HubSpot workflow that notifies the account owner when health score drops below 50, ensuring your sales and CS teams are aligned.
