Bi-directional sync between Meza AI and Salesforce.

Overview

The Salesforce CRM Sync enables bi-directional data flow between Meza AI and Salesforce. Sync health scores, journey stages, and signals to Account records, and pull Account and Contact data into Meza AI.

Prerequisites

  • Salesforce integration connected
  • Salesforce System Administrator permissions
  • Ability to create custom fields on Account object

Setting Up Sync

Navigate to CRM Sync

Go to ConfigurationCRM SyncSalesforce.

Create Custom Fields

Click Create Fields in Salesforce to automatically create custom fields on the Account object:

  • Meza_Health_Score__c (Number)
  • Meza_Journey_Stage__c (Picklist)
  • Meza_Active_Signals__c (Long Text)

Configure Account Matching

Match accounts by Salesforce Account ID, domain, or a custom external ID field.

Map Additional Fields

Optionally map additional Meza AI metrics to Salesforce fields.

Set Sync Direction

Choose bi-directional sync or Meza AI → Salesforce only.

Enable & Save

Toggle sync to Enabled and save your configuration.

Using in Salesforce

Once synced, leverage Meza AI data in Salesforce:

  • Reports & Dashboards — Create reports filtering by health score
  • List Views — Add health score column to Account views
  • Process Builder/Flow — Trigger automation based on health changes
  • Page Layouts — Add Meza fields to Account page layouts

Ensure your Salesforce edition supports custom fields on the Account object. Some Salesforce Essentials limitations may apply.
