🟣 Mixpanel Integration
Import analytics events from Mixpanel to track feature adoption and enrich health scores.
Overview
The Mixpanel integration enables you to import product analytics events from Mixpanel into Meza AI. This data can be used to track feature adoption, enrich customer health scores, and trigger workflows based on product usage patterns.
Prerequisites
- Mixpanel account with API access
- Your Mixpanel Project ID
- Mixpanel service account credentials (username/password)
- Meza AI account with admin permissions
Connection Steps

Navigate to Integrations
Go to Configuration → Integrations in the left sidebar.

Select Mixpanel
Find Mixpanel in the available integrations list and click Connect.

Enter Credentials
Enter the following information:
- Data source name — A friendly name for this connection
- Project ID — Your Mixpanel project ID
- Username — Your Mixpanel service account username
- Password — Your Mixpanel service account password

Complete Setup
Click Save to complete the integration. Data will sync automatically every 3 hours.

Sync Schedule
Mixpanel data syncs automatically every 3 hours. You can also trigger a manual sync from the integration settings page whenever needed.
