🟢 Segment Integration
Stream real-time product events from Segment to Meza AI via webhooks.
Overview
The Segment integration enables you to stream real-time product events from Segment to Meza AI using webhooks. This allows you to track product activities, enrich customer profiles, and trigger workflows based on user behavior captured in Segment.
Prerequisites
- Segment account with admin access
- Meza AI account with admin permissions
- Product Activity model configured in Meza AI
Connection Steps
Get Webhook URL from Meza AI
Go to Configuration → Data Models and copy the webhook URL for your Product Activity model.
Open Segment Catalog
In your Segment workspace, go to Connections → Catalog and search for "Webhooks".
Add Webhook Destination
Click on Webhooks (Actions) and add it as a destination.
Configure Webhook
Enter the following settings:
- Webhook URL — Paste the URL from Meza AI
- Shared Secret — Generate or enter a shared secret for security
Configure in Meza AI
Go to Configuration → Integrations, select Segment, and enter the same shared secret.
Test Connection
Send a test event from Segment and verify it appears in Meza AI.
