By accessing or using Meza AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Platform Access

Meza AI provides an AI-powered customer success platform that includes churn prediction, health scoring, AI search capabilities, productivity tools, and related analytics services.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that could temporarily affect availability. We will provide advance notice when possible.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that may affect your use of the platform.

Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Account Security

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized access to your account. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication and using strong, unique passwords.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a security risk to our platform or other users.

Subscription Fees

You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selection.

Price Changes

We may change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect current billing periods. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price increase takes effect for existing customers.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. After this period, fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds at our discretion.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After multiple failed attempts, your account may be suspended until payment is received.

Permitted Use

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree to use the platform in a manner consistent with its intended purpose as a customer success tool.

Prohibited Activities

You may not: (a) violate any applicable laws or regulations; (b) infringe on intellectual property rights; (c) transmit malicious code or attempt to compromise our systems; (d) resell or redistribute our services without authorization; (e) use our services to harm, harass, or discriminate against others.

Data Use

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any customer data through our platform. You must comply with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA where applicable.

Our Property

Meza AI, our logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Meza AI, Inc. All software, algorithms, and AI models are our proprietary technology.

Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to your data. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

Feedback

If you provide suggestions, feedback, or ideas about our services, you grant us the right to use this feedback without any obligation to compensate you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meza AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Maximum Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. We will retain your data for 90 days, during which you may request an export. After this period, your data will be deleted.

Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
