Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Meza AI's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Platform access

Meza AI provides an AI powered customer success platform that includes churn prediction, health scoring, AI search capabilities, productivity tools, agent workflows, and related analytics services.

Service availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our services. However, we may occasionally need to perform maintenance or updates that could temporarily affect availability. We will provide advance notice where possible.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that may affect your use of the platform.

Account creation

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@meza.ai if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace roles

Workspace admins control member access, connected data sources, and approval permissions. Actions approved by your team members are treated as authorized by your organization.

Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Changes to pricing

We may change our prices with at least 30 days notice. Price changes apply from your next billing cycle.

Late payment

We may suspend access for accounts with overdue balances after reasonable notice.

You agree not to misuse the services. Among other things, you must not:

• Access data you do not have permission to access, or exceed your authorized scope.
• Use the platform to send spam, or to contact people without a lawful basis.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the services without written permission.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the platform.
• Use outputs to violate any applicable law or third party right.

Our IP

The Meza platform, models, and branding are owned by Meza Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or technology beyond use of the services.

Your data

You retain all rights to the data you connect and the content your team creates. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the services, as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meza Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

AI generated predictions and drafts are decision support. Your team reviews and approves actions before they ship, and remains responsible for final decisions.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms after notice, or immediately where required to protect the platform or other customers.

On termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it in line with our retention schedule.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
