When you connect third party services like your CRM, support desk, or analytics tools, we access and process customer data from those services on your behalf and under your instructions, to power the customer graph and your agents.

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including generating AI predictions, health scores, and actionable insights for your customer success operations.

Communication

We may use your email to send service updates, security alerts, and, with your consent, marketing communications. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time.

Analytics and improvement

We analyze usage patterns to improve our AI models, enhance user experience, and develop new features. This analysis uses aggregated, anonymized data whenever possible.

We do not sell your data

We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or your customer data. Full stop.

Service providers

We share data with vetted subprocessors who help us run the platform, such as cloud hosting and payment processing, under contracts that require them to protect it.

We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Meza, our customers, or the public.

We protect your data with encryption in transit and at rest, role based access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. Connected sources default to read only access until you explicitly grant more.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you without undue delay.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the services. When you disconnect a source or delete your account, we delete the associated data within 30 days, except where a longer period is required by law.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Email admin@meza.ai to exercise any of these rights and we will respond within 30 days.
