Step-by-step guide to configure your customer journey funnel.

This guide walks you through the complete process of setting up a Journey Funnel in Meza AI. A well-configured funnel helps you track how accounts progress through their lifecycle and identify where they get stuck.

Navigate to Journey Funnel

Go to ConfigurationJourney Funnel in the left sidebar.

Create New Funnel

Click Create Funnel and enter a name for your funnel.

Examples: "Customer Lifecycle", "Trial Conversion", "Enterprise Journey"

Add Your First Stage

Click Add Stage and configure:

  • Stage Name — e.g., "Onboarding"
  • Stage Color — For visual identification
  • Entry Criteria — Conditions to enter this stage

Define Stage Criteria

For each stage, set the criteria that moves an account into it:

Example Onboarding Criteria:

Account created (automatic for first stage)

Example Activated Criteria:

Completed activity "first_project_created"

Add Additional Stages

Repeat to add more stages. Typical B2B funnels have 4-6 stages:

Configure Stage Order

Drag and drop stages to reorder them. Accounts progress from top to bottom.

Set Backward Movement (Optional)

Enable "Allow Backward Movement" if accounts should regress when they no longer meet criteria.

Save and Activate

Click Save Funnel then toggle the funnel to Active.

Stage 1: Onboarding

Criteria: Default first stage (all new accounts)

Stage 2: Activated

Criteria: Completed "first_project_created" AND 3+ users invited

Stage 3: Engaged

Criteria: 50+ activities in last 14 days AND 3+ features used

Stage 4: Power User

Criteria: 100+ activities per week AND health score > 80
