Overview
Signals are automated alerts that notify you when specific conditions are met. Use signals to catch churn risks early, identify expansion opportunities, and stay on top of important customer events without constantly monitoring dashboards.

Creating a Signal
Navigate to Signals
Go to Configuration â Signals in the sidebar.
Create Signal
Click Create Signal and give it a descriptive name.
Define Conditions
Set the conditions that trigger the signal. Combine multiple conditions with AND/OR logic.
Set Priority
Choose signal priority â High, Medium, or Low.
Configure Actions (Optional)
Add immediate actions like Slack notifications.
Activate
Save and activate the signal.
Signal Conditions
