🔐 Roles and Permissions
Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) - Precise control over user permissions within your workspace.
Meza AI offers precise control over user permissions within your workspace, ensuring that only authorized users can collaborate and access necessary resources.
Roles and Permissions in Meza AI
- The first user to sign up and establish the workspace becomes the super admin.
- Every user in the workspace must have a role.
- A super admin can downgrade themselves only if there's at least one other super admin in the workspace.
- Only super admins and administrators can assign roles to users and invite them to the platform.
Roles
| Role | Description |
|---|---|
| Super Admin | This role can create, modify, and delete workspaces and user accounts, configure system settings, and assign roles and permissions to other users. |
| Administrator | Administrators have access to all platform-related actions, except setting up a super admin. |
| Data Admin | Data Admins can only engage with data-related actions. Like creating, modifying, and deleting data connections and data models. |
| Account User | Users are limited to viewing account data and performing engagements. |
| Manager | Managers can see all accounts and tasks. They do not have visibility into management features such as adding or removing users from the workspace or accessing any configuration options. |
| Renari User | Renari users are only allowed to access the AI Chatbot UI, where they can interact with the chatbot, ask questions, and receive quick responses. |
